Dealer / Reseller Partner Programme: Own Your Customers
The Dealer / Reseller Programme is for partners that want to control and own their client base relationships, remaining their trusted advisor.
You’ll own the entire sales cycle from account management, client prospecting to on-boarding and billing.
After successfully meeting the Partners Programme requirements, partners can progress to one of three reseller tiers. Each tier is designed and built with real support, real benefits and real partner perks to help accelerate sales and drive growth. Partners would typically move to Dealer and progress through to Reseller
No revenue commitments required, great for new partners or partners who’s primary focus is on the SMB market.
Higher commitment requirements with additional personalised support. Ideal for partners focused on mid-size to large businesses.
VAR (Value-Added Reseller)
The highest accolade a NEOFAME Partner can be rewarded. It’s for all partners with proven commitment and sales success. Also ideal for partners focused on enterprise accounts.
Pre-requisites for Reseller / VAR Authorization
- Offer installation, support (first level), and training for all products sold to users
- Provide end-user support
- Actively market and promote our products
- Maintain an office in a commercial facility—not a home office
- Commit to a minimum purchase requirement of RM100k per rolling quarterly.
